My story
The wisdom to see the difference
Sometimes it takes a crisis before we’re ready to evolve. I have had several throughout my life, as most have. But two were pivotal in their own way.
When I was about seven years old, I discovered, or became aware, that what people were saying and doing was not going in the same direction!
Why and how were they connected? Were they lying, manipulating, or didn’t they know better?
I was very partially sighted as a child, and well into my adult life.
That’s why I had to find other ways to learn. I became very aware of the unconscious, what I could not see, such as emotions. Fortunately, as an adult, surgery gave me the sight to see quite well today.
When I first started as self-employed, it wasn’t many years before I felt that I wasn’t in charge of my own business and my own life!
All the outside influences almost paralyzed me. I didn’t know how to deal with them.
The pressure made me wake up one night and be paralyzed. I was so dizzy that the slightest movement made everything spin around. I had stress!

Why and how could this happen? I wanted to know.
And so my journey began….. a journey into me…
And here, the “sensor-like” sensations I felt as a child and teenager were significant. I had a different approach to being conscious because of my poor eyesight.
I’ve spent more than 16 years cracking the code on our mindset / mind.
Life is personal self-development, and I discovered Cosmos New Age Energy.
Cosmos New Age Energy works with the fact that everything is energy. And you have to have that in everything you do. So when I started training my self-awareness and the strategy I was putting in place for my life going forward, I found that energy is the value of strategy!

Nothing is as it seems when you talk energy, which I have been working with and diving into for many years.
No one had taught me about the mind – that there is a connection with your outer- and your inner world, a compass to navigate each day.
I want to share what I have learned – because it has helped me, and I have helped others through coaching in self-awareness and consciousness, which is why I have created the online course for you.
Here is a summary of a coaching session I had with a woman who had been to both a doctor and a psychologist before she came to me. She felt that almost all options had been tried. It took max one hour to get this clarity.
The woman with no boundaries
I had an interview with a woman on sick leave with stress and depression. I made it clear to her that I do not believe in illness but that it is an imbalance of the mind. That was her experience too. But she was not aware of why and how it was connected.
So she decided that she wanted to start running to clear her head and have some time for herself. Most of all, she wanted to have joy in her life!
After talking for a while, she mentioned that her friends often asked her, why do you put up with it? I interrupted and asked, “What are you putting up with?”
“Well, we have a child who has ADHD, and she grabs me, pulls my hair, she sticks her fingers in my eyes. Yeah, she bit me too!”
I smiled and said, “Surely your child deserves a trophy for patience, forbearance and persistence. Woman, you have no limits, and your child tries in vain to seek your limits, but you have none. Children reflect parents’ lack of self-awareness, so you could say that we actually get children to learn from them.”
She sat for 30 seconds, then said: “God, this is a whole new life.”
“Yes, now you get to see and experience the joy in your life. Enjoy it!”
Why did it only take one session? Because I have been training my awareness since I was a child, I can help you with clarity faster!
