Why Coaching Courses
Because this is training and teaching your awareness to become self-aware in words, feelings and actions. It is your own approach that determines where we focus in each coaching session because your challenges or problems are there only because you don't know how to handle and learn from them. Your problems are only a problem because of the simple reason that you don't know how to deal with them. Therefore, this is a learning process for your personal growth and development. You may go through days, weeks, months, maybe your whole life, without stopping to deal with problems or challenges that arise in your everyday life, without learning from them. Therefore, you end up in a hamster wheel and a monotonous mindset, affecting your communication skills. Consequently, you may misinterpret something and end up being misunderstood. Changes only happen when you change! Positive thinking is learning from your negative energies, also called experiences you acquire in your everyday life. Here you will train your self-awareness, which will strengthen you in your daily life. Maybe you experience bullying at work or a toxic work environment. It could also be that you have ended up tired or stuck in the hamster wheel or simply because you have too many or too few challenges. Many people end up blinded by their enthusiasm and end up with stress because they have lost themselves in the process and they don't quite know why they let it happen. If you love yourself, it's not about the words but your actions. If you love those around you, it is also through your efforts.
I am one of the best coaches in the field of behaviour. All communication is behaviour, as it is about awareness of a holistic mindset. My passion has always been to seek the truth about why we create our problems and challenges. For those of you who know the book "think and get rich", the recipe is the same; seeking the truth in difficulties and challenges, or the reality of creation, if you will. The mind is about words, feelings, emotions and actions through choices and decisions; it is a new form of learning/intelligence. As a child, I was visually impaired; this made me learn in other ways via visual learning and strategic thinking. When I was 6 -7 years old, I realised that what people said did, did not go in the same direction. Why was learning and how it related to the goal?
Why are challenges and problems created?
It's only a problem because you need to learn from the challenge. What may be a challenge for you does not have to be for others and vice versa. Life is personal self-development, you just haven't learned to look at what you are sending out and what you are receiving in your communication.
